It is a special instrument for testing injector nozzles. Injector Nozzle testers are being sold worldwide in large quantity due to the low lost of ownership and the good features.
The tester is suitable for following performance tests:
- Initiative injecting pressure of injector
- Sound of needle valve vibration
- Spraying shape
- Sealing property of needle valve and nozzle body mating pair
- Sealing property in response to press
